During the first year of the BTEC course, we took part in CWT (Clives week thing) this project was the two BTEC classes split into four groups. With one group leader, three programmers, three marketers & two database designers. The objective of the project was to make a working database, advertise it, make a good logo & slogan & then present it to the teachers of the BTEC course. It is then up to them to decide who wins.

The four team names were Jigsaw, Titan, Momentum & blitz.

The project lasted for a week & each team saw the difficulties of running a small group whilst completing all daily objectives. Eventually after all the hard work put forward by the teams, the winning team was Jigsaw. Each of the members of the team had the option of either picking a 1GB memory stick, or a Microsoft Fingerprint Scanner.
